LEGACY GROWTH PARTNERS focus is the creation of entrepreneurs by identifying small caps, franchises and distressed companies from numerous marketplaces for high net worth individuals and mainly professional athletes.

The current state of professional athletes have been two fold; first, it has created a wealth of capital that exist within a group that has excelled on the court, field and course at the highest level; second, it has created a new high net worth class that has been, for the majority, unable to utilize this wealth in a true capitalist means for long term growth and establishing a legacy for generations to come.

Also there are a number of middle managers and executives in this country with A list credentials, from school to business, that are looking to become the CEO of their company after putting in 30 years or more at their respective firm. Legacy Growth will cherry pick these executives while they are in their 15th to 20th year at the firm and align them with an owner/entrepreneur that can utilize their expertise and core competencies to grow the business and teach the owner (athlete) on policies and procedures.

Legacy Growth brings together the best of both worlds in one group with core competencies in business development, valuation and acquisition analysis, "incoming" deal review standards, transaction logistics, community relations, brand image, a professional athlete’s perspective and marketing. While each respective partner has their own core competencies, they are able to work across the board on various transactions and deal flow.

 

Legacy Growth delivers analysis and evaluation of each opportunity as well as taking a significant role in each company’s long term health by placing one of its members on the board of directors as a minority share holder and sitting on key committees.
