LEGACY GROWTH PARTNERS focus is the creation of entrepreneurs by identifying small caps, franchises and distressed companies from numerous marketplaces for high net worth individuals and mainly professional athletes.

The current state of professional athletes have been two fold; first, it has created a wealth of capital that exist within a group that has excelled on the court, field and course at the highest level; second, it has created a new high net worth class that has been, for the majority, unable to utilize this wealth in a true capitalist means for long term growth and establishing a legacy for generations to come.

Jeremy Lincoln

Jeremy Lincoln is an Associate at CB Richard Ellis, concentrating on both tenant and owner representation in New York City. Mr. Lincoln's primary focus is on tenant representation brokerage but he also actively assists the Consulting and Asset Services groups on large tenant and agency projects.

Prior to CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Lincoln had an outstanding career in the NFL. The Chicago Bears drafted him in 1992, where he spent his first five years in the league. Mr. Lincoln then went on to play for the Seattle Seahawks and New York Giants, where he finished his career in 2001. Mr. Lincoln also has his own foundation, the Jeremy Lincoln Foundation, which services the communities of Toledo, Ohio and locally in the New York area.

Honors include: University of Tennessee "Living Legend" Honor ,1992 third round selection of the Chicago Bears (football player for the Bears and New York Giants for 10 years) Mr. Lincoln is a member of the CB Richard Ellis African-American Network Group (AANG), a national group of professionals located in CBRE offices throughout the United States. The main objectives of the group include sharing information in efforts to increase multi-market business opportunities, to identify and target companies with established diversity practices as potential new collaborators and clients, and to enhance career development within in the firm.
