Kelvin Westbrook
Kelvin R. Westbrook is the President, Chief Executive Officer and founder of Millennium Digital Media, L.L.C. which is a privately held company in the business of providing cable television, high-speed and traditional Internet access, and other broadband telecommunications services.
Prior to founding Millennium Digital Media in 1997, Mr. Westbrook founded and served as the President and Chairman of LEB Communications, Inc. which, in affiliation with Charter Communications, managed and operated cable television systems in various parts of the United States. Prior to founding LEB in 1993, Mr. Westbrook was a Partner in the national law firm of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker in New York City where he specialized in corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. In addition, he served as a Member of its Policy Committee, Co-Chair of its Telecommunications Practice Group and Vice-Chair of its Recruiting Committee.
Mr. Westbrook serves as a director of Archer Daniels Midland Company, Angelica Corporation, Commerce Bank, NA – St. Louis, the National Cable & Telecommunications Association, the National Cable Satellite Corporation (C-SPAN), BJC HealthCare, Christian Hospital Northeast-Northwest, the St. Louis Internship Program and Chesterfield Day School. He also is a member of the American Bar Association and serves on the Business Program Advisory Council of Harris Stowe State College. In addition, he provides assistance to various other organizations as a community volunteer.
Mr. Westbrook received an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington (1977) and a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School (1982).
