Lawrence Goldstein, Director
Lawrence Goldstein, Director at Radilent, has been founder, early investor and Director/Advisor to a variety of early-stage technology companies. He co-founded Seed Capital Partners, an early-stage venture capital partnership, actively managing a successful technology investment portfolio. Goldstein is investor and Director/Observer/Advisor for Pavilion Technologies, GTESS, Britestream Networks, Clearcube, GoFish and Content Partners, LLC. He’s also co-founder of Netzyn, Inc., where he’s an active member of their start-up management team.

Goldstein’s previous representative investments include: NetSpeed, Inc. (Acquired by Cisco, NASDAQ: CSCO), Broadcast.com (IPO and Acquired by Yahoo, NASDAQ: YHOO), Genitope (IPO – NASDAQ: GTOP), DTM Corporation (Acquired by 3D Systems, NASDAQ: TDSC), NetworkCar (Acquired by Reynolds and Reynolds, NYSE: REY), Amber Networks (Acquired by Nokia, NYSE: NOK), iBeam Broadcasting (IPO – PK: IBEM), VocalData, Inc. (Acquired by Tekelec, NASDAQ: TKLC) and AMX Corporation (Acquired by Duchossois, Inc).

Prior to work with early-stage venture capital businesses, Goldstein spent several years working in the investment banking field for a southwest-based regional firm focused on software and communications opportunities. In this role, he was involved in public offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic alliance transactions. He was also employed as a Robotics Engineer at General Dynamics in Fort Worth, Texas where he designed, developed and implemented robotic systems for advanced manufacturing. 

Goldstein earned his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas and his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida.
